Board Code of Conduct
The Board of Governors has adopted a Code of Conduct, which includes a Governors’ Job Description and procedure for registering conflicts of interest. All governors have agreed to act in accordance with the Code of Conduct and it forms part of the induction programme for new governors.
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to provide governors with clear guidelines as to their responsibilities, standard of behaviour, and best practice in fulfilling their obligations to this organisation.
