The Musical - Music DepartmentSJHS MILAN - This year’s big musical event in May, involving all the school’s performing groups, is entitled “The Musical”. It will be a musical celebration of ‘the musical’ in its early years, from the early 1900s up to about 1960. The programme will be packed with many old favourites and other great tunes from yesteryear. There really is something for everyone!The evening will also include a pre-aperitivo concert by the Lower School orchestra and the Senior School orchestra. This will be a lovely chance to hear the instrumental work studied over the last year by both junior and senior groups. The whole programme will start at 5pm and end in good time for dinner. The performances will take place in the GYM and, weather permitting, we will be able to use the playground area for the ‘aperitivo’.
