The SJHS is a thriving community with a well established reputation for academic excellence and strong pastoral care and a learning environment where partnership and participation are key features of school life. The school provides a quality British education in an international environment to some 800 students from 3 – 18 years of age and our students progress to universities in the UK, in Italy and throughout the world. We have recently launched the IB Diploma as our Post 16 curriculum programme and further details can be found on the website pages.
The staff are a highly motivated and experienced team who work hard to develop the individual potential of students and provide an extensive range of extra curriculum activities and a family atmosphere is both encouraged an apparent throughout the school We place great importance upon working closely with all stakeholders and parents play an active role in the life of the school. The SJHS website is an important tool for communication to parents and students and we are keen to celebrate the success of the school through regular updates and photographs of activities in all aspects of school life.
